| Parking |
There is dedicated free coach parking at, or near to, all museum sites. |
| Toilets |
There are toilets at all main museum sites including toilets for visitors with special needs. Public toilets, maintained by the local authority, are located in Ironbridge town. |
| Access |

There is something for everyone at the Ironbridge Gorge Museums regardless of age. |
| Catering |
There is no need to pre-book refreshments if all members of your group are going to eat independently. There are refreshment facilities at the following Museum sites:
Blists Hill Victorian Town - The Entrance Cafe, Hot Metal Café, The New
Inn Club Room & The Forest Glen Refreshment Pavilion
Jackfield Tile Museum - Jackfield Coffee Shop
Coalbrookdale Museum of Iron - Coalbrookdale Coffee Shop
Groups wishing to take refreshments together must pre-book
from set menus at least two weeks in advance of the visit.
A two-course lunch costs £10.00 & three-course lunch costs £12.50. Options include:
Starter - Homemade Soup, Flaked Tuna Salad and Savoury Tart& Roll
Main course – Sausage & mash, Steak & Ale Casserole and Ploughman's Plate
Pudding – Bread & Butter Pudding, Fruit Crumble and Trifle

The Museums are open seven days a week from 10am until 5pm with the exception of Broseley Pipeworks which is open from 1pm during the main season only.
Some of the smaller museums close during the winter- call

| Benefits |
Groups of 20 people or more are entitled
to reduced admission rates, a free group organisers place and
complimentary admission for their coach driver. The driver will
also be given a voucher for refreshments. During 2009, organisers can request a book of discount
vouchers for their group to use in the Museum gift shops. |
| Tours |
Well informed guides are available for either a half or a full day and cover most of the museums. It is suggested that three museums are sufficient to fill a full day. The cost is £1.50 per person for half a day or £2 for a full day. There is a minimum charge of £20 per tour. (These prices are in addition of admission fees). |
| Additional Activities |
Organisers who are looking for something a little different to do with their group could book one of our fun ceramic workshops.
Ceramic workshops take place throughout the year at Coalport CHINA MUSEUM and Jackfield TILE MUSEUM. At a cost of just £7.00 per person everyone will enjoy these sessions.
Ceramic Mug Painting: Using enamel paints, create your own design on a glazed earthenware mug
Flower Painting & Making: Paint a hand-made glazed flower
and then have a go at making your own out of earthenware clay
These workshops are held at Coalport CHINA MUSEUM.
Min Group Size: 10
Max Group Size: 20 (larger groups can be accommodated by splitting
the session).
Cost: £7.00 per person including materials and entry
to Coalport CHINA MUSEUM.
Once the finished items have been fired they can either be collected from the museum or can be posted (additional charge for P&P).
Sessions must be pre-booked. Contact the Education Officer

Tile Decorating Workshops: Decorate a ceramic tile with your own designs
This workshop is held at Jackfield TILE MUSEUM.
Min Group Size: 10
Max Group Size: 30 (larger groups can be accommodated by splitting the session).
Cost: £7.00 per person including materials and entry to Jackfield TILE MUSEUM.
Once the finished tiles have been fired they can be collected from the museum or posted (additional charge for P&P).
