The Dorothy Clive Garden is currently taking bookings for an exclusive, out of season traditional Christmas lunches on Friday 16th, Saturday 17th, Sunday 18th and Monday 19th December 2011.
The three course traditional Christmas lunch will be served at 1.00pm in the Dorothy Clive Garden Tearoom and will be followed by a guided seasonal walk around the garden.
Curator, Marcus Chilton-Jones, said, ‘Last December, at the time of our Christmas lunches, the Dorothy Clive Garden was covered in a blanket of crisp snow. This transformed the garden into a Winter Wonderland which made a perfect setting in which to host our traditional Christmas lunches. One of the lunch options this year will be Roast Goose with spiced apple and cranberry stuffing accompanied with roast potatoes and a selection of fresh vegetables. We also have some delicious vegetarian choices’
The traditional three course lunch costs adults £20.00, and children under 12, £10.00, on Friday 16th and Monday 19th. On Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th December 2011 adults will be charged £15.00 and children under 12, £15.00.
