THE ADVENTURE ROPE COURSE IN SHREWSBURY EARNS 2013 TRIPADVISOR CERTIFICATE OF EXCELLENCE

The Adventure Rope Course in Shrewsbury has been hailed as one of the top 10% best performing businesses in the world by TripAdvisor.

The Adventure Rope Course – a multi-activity adventure centre based in the grounds of the Mercure Albrighton Hall Hotel in Shrewsbury today announced that it has received a TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence award. This prestigious award is only presented to the top-performing 10 per cent of worldwide businesses listed on TripAdvisor.

The accolade, which honours hospitality excellence, is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveller reviews on TripAdvisor, and is extended to qualifying businesses worldwide.

“The Adventure Rope Course is pleased to receive a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence,” said Steph Williams, Director, “We strive to offer our customers a tailor-made, exciting and memorable experience, and this accolade is evidence that our hard work is translating into positive reviews on TripAdvisor.  I’m absolutely over the moon about this and would like to thank all of our customers who took the time to tell the world about their experiences with us.”

“TripAdvisor is delighted to celebrate the success of businesses around the globe, from Sydney to Chicago, Sao Paulo to Rome, which are consistently offering TripAdvisor travellers a great customer experience,” said Alison Copus, Vice President of Marketing for TripAdvisor for Business. “The Certificate of Excellence award provides top performing establishments around the world the recognition they deserve, based on feedback from those who matter most – their customers.”
