'Make Beautiful' are running a series of creative Christmas workshops throughout November and December where both adults and children can get hands-on and make beautiful gifts and keepsakes with all the expert help and guidance needed.
As well as hosting creative events at their own studio premises in Telford, 'Make Beautiful' are also able to run outreach workshops, so any group or organisation can arrange for ‘Make Beautiful’ to visit them and run an event at a venue of their choice.
Wendy McDonald, owner of ‘Make Beautiful’ said: “I wanted to create an environment where people can come along to learn about a new craft and have fun. So many people feel nervous about not having experience, skill or creative ideas. All I would say is come along and have a go. I have designed each workshop to allow for all ranges of ability. My aim is to give you the materials, tools, tips and techniques to create something beautiful at the workshop. Each person’s finished work looks very different, and each and every person will be delighted with what they have made. The workshops are not formal or too structured; it’s about being hands-on and having a go.”
Wendy’s workshops cover everything from candle making and needle-felt to sugar craft and Christmas cake decorating and much more besides. Wendy added “These creative workshops really are suitable for all ages and abilities and are a great way for friends and family to get together and have some fun.”
To check the dates of forthcoming Christmas workshops, get more information or book a place, visit www.makebeautiful.co.uk, email info@makebeautiful.co.uk or call Wendy on 07972 897147. You can also visit their Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/makebeautifulcrafts
Craft workshop gift vouchers are also available to buy as Christmas presents and can be used for any of Make Beautiful’s craft workshops or 1:1 sessions. Wendy has a full calendar of activities throughout the year and can offer individual sessions and dates/times to suit you.
