Ludlow Food Centre is celebrating after their cheesemakers received four silver awards at this year's British Cheese Awards, which took place at the Royal Bath and West Show on 26th May.
Ludlow Food Centre's dairymen Dudley and Paul, hand make all of their cheeses using traditional methods. The milk that goes into their dairy produce comes from the Food Centre's very own Friesian-Holstein cows and the cheese is all matured on beech racks in their cheese store.
The four cheeses to win silver medals for Ludlow Food Centre are:
Edward Berry, Managing Director, comments: "Ludlow Food Centre cheeses have been previously successful in both the British Cheese Awards and the World Cheese Awards. To take home four silver medals is a massive achievement for such a young dairy and is testament to the consistent high quality of our cheeses and the skill of Dudley and Paul."
