There’s something really special going on this weekend Apley Farm Shop near Bridgnorth. What makes the second Apley Bake Off different is that customers can get flour under their fingernails – as marketing manager Lady Hamilton says. “I’m sure it’s going to be a really fun day where customers can not only enter the competition classes & win great prizes, but also get a really fulfilling cooking experience with our 7 masterclass hosts.“
Like all Apley’s events, entry is free. Most important of all, is that it’s the most incredibly good value family day out. You can enjoy a child’s activity, a cake competition class entry & 7 masterclasses all for £10.
There’s no need to worry about the weather as it’s all undercover, so whatever the weather - heavy rain or a heatwave – we should be fine!
This is an event which is totally new & different where visitors can get very personalized cookery tuition from some fabulous Shropshire chefs. There’s not just one or two masterclasses, there are seven, all different, ranging from organic bread making, Indian flat breads, Caribbean banana fritters, English cookies, Shropshire risotto, butterfly cakes decoration & party canapes. So there’ll be something to suit everyone’s tastes !
Sunday 28 May, 10-4pm. Cake entries £2, Masterclasses £1, Children’s activities £1
